If possible, call ahead so we can be ready to receive you and your pet the moment you arrive. If, however, an emergency situation happens after hours, we encourage you to take your pet to a 24/7 animal emergency hospital.

Not Sure if it's an Emergency?

If you are every unsure if your pet is having an emergency, be sure to call us during our office hours, or an animal emergency care hospital after-hours. However, there are some things you can be sure need immediate attention. Bring your pet in immediately if they suffer from any of the following:

  • Trauma, such as being hit by a car
  • Severe vomiting or diarrhea
  • Disorientation and loss of balance
  • Signs of extreme pain and distress
  • Ingests a toxic substance
  • Difficulty breathing
  • Suffers seizure or heatstroke
  • Bite wound from another animal

We're always able to provide animal emergency care during our normal office hours, so don't hesitate to bring your pet here during:

Monday-Friday: 8:00am - 5:30pm

Saturday: 8:00am - 12:00 noon
